An update from Dan MOrgan of the Washington Post.
1)There has been a 300% increase in the prduction of corn.
2) 10% of that is for food. (290% IS FOR "ETHANOL".
3) The price of corn for farmers has increased by 100%.
4) The farm bill, (passed) has 50 BILLION dollars in farm subsidies.
5) Congress has passed: a "disaster fund" for farmers and has given them "Crop Insurance.
THE POOR FARMERS!

Hi Kerm,
I think I need to take a look at the farm bill. At least we have you to read things and let us know what's going on.
